The 2m Packet J-Pole

Antennas from the rear of the house.  Left: FT8800 Jpole.  Middle-2m/6m loops.  Right: 2m Packet Jpole

The home station.  Monitors on top are for cameras outside, so I don't have to get up and see why the dog is barking.  Below the second shelf is the FT2800M with a Kantronics KPC3, which transmits at 25W.  The FT857D is above it on the shelf.  The FT-8800 is hanging from the top shelf.  Both are connected to a Pyramid 25A power supply.  Not pictured but also connected are 5 deep cycle batteries for emergency power (they are behind the chair in the picture to the left).  I also have a voltmeter plugged into a cigarette lighter plug to monitor voltage, and a Saratoga power meter for monitoring also.  On top of the FT-857D is LDG's needle meter for the FT857.  This picture was taken with a flash.

The same picture as the one above, but without a flash.  This is how the station normally looks when being operated.  (Note: The 857D wasn't turned on at the time of the photo).
